The 1600 block of Avenue C North was blocked off Tuesday night as police executed a high-risk search warrant at a home.
Police responded to the home around 6:30 p.m. looking for a man wanted for stolen property and driving charges.
An armoured vehicle and heavily armed officers, along with a crisis negotiator, assisted after it was thought the suspect might have a gun.
